Busi Dziba
Is the founder and Managing Director of BonguLwazi Consulting Pty (Ltd.) and has over 15 years of work experience.
For the past decade, Busi’s experience has been focusing on driving Human Resources operations; designing performance management strategies and assessing organisation’s performance; facilitating organizational development agenda, developing organisational effectiveness surveys and analysing results; building employee capability and driving cultural operating system through facilitating transformational programmes; among other things.
Busi has worked for some of South Africa big multinational corporates like The Foschini Group (Sterns Jewellery), South African Breweries and MTN Group her last full-time employer which operates in more than 22 countries across Africa and Middle East. Busi’s work at MTN Group involved close collaboration with MTN Group Executives, some MTN company CEOs, HR Executives, Performance Management Consultants and HR Practitioners.
Prior to her Human Resources career, Busi worked as a Buyer for engagement and bridal rings at Sterns Jewellery, She effectively liaised and negotiated purchase agreements with local and international suppliers for 135 Sterns stores in South Africa and 3 other neighbouring countries.
Busi holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management (2006) from Utah State University, Utah, United States of America and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management (2004) from the same university. She also has a National Diploma in Marketing (1996) from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (former Cape Technikon), Cape Town, South Africa.
