BUSI DZIBA is the Founder and Managing Director of BonguLwazi Consulting Pty (Ltd.) and has over 25 years of corporate and business experience. She is a seasoned HR Consultant, a Strategist, a qualified South African Business Coach and a registered practitioner with International Coach Register (ICR). She is also a Founder and Executive Director of BonguLwazi Foundation (NGO/NPO) and BonguLwazi Montessori School (Pty).

Prior to pioneering her own business ventures, Busi worked for some of South Africa’s big multinational corporates like MTN Group, South African Breweries and The Foschini Group (Sterns Jewellery), among other organisations:
- MTN Group (3 years) – As a Group OD Consultant specialising in performance, she had close collaboration with MTN Group Executives, some MTN company CEOs, HR Executives, Performance Management Consultants and HR Practitioners from MTN Group’s operations in Africa and Middle East.
- MTN Group – As a Group OD Consultant specialising in performance, Busi worked in close collaboration with MTN Group Executives, some MTN country CEOs, HR Executives, Performance Management Consultants and HR Practitioners from MTN Group’s operations in Africa and Middle East.
- South African Breweries – She held several positions at regional and head quarters levels, i.e. HR Business Partner, OD Consultant and Performance & Leadership Specialist.
- Sterns Jewellery, Foschini Group – Busi worked as a Buyer for engagement and bridal rings at Sterns Jewellery, She effectively liaised and negotiated purchase agreements with local and international suppliers for 135 Sterns stores in South Africa and 3 other neighbouring countries.
